Indian fry bread is a favorite in the southwest and else ware. Fry bread is like a flat sopapilla you can put honey on it or make it a meal by putting meat and other toppings on top. To make it all you have to do is add water and fry in oil.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, shortening powder (hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids), and salt.
